The turnaround time highly depends on the complexity and size of the design requests, but in most cases, design work can be delivered within 2 business days on average.

How do I request designs?
Poi provides extensive flexibility in how you request designs using Notion. Clients commonly request designs directly through Notion, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Notion, it's acceptable.
